I was upset about the shoes, after contemplating if I needed them or not when they were marked down 40% off. What the heck was I waiting for, but of course I wanted them. When I finally decided I was crazy for thinking about it and went online to purchase them they were sold out in my size. It was like a punch in the gut, that's how bad I wanted them. I don't even know how it came to be that I got a pair of those beautiful lovely shoes at 40% off mailed to me from Nordstroms. You are my hero, you beautiful damn department store!

Page Boy Hair Cut

I have always admired the pageboy hair cut since I first seen it on Martika. I have to say though I can't stand that haircut on kids, it's too mature of a hair cut for a little kid. This hair cut works if you have a slender mature face as this model does and I think pale white skin with dark eye features makes this hair style work as well.

Dooney and Bourke "Hayden" ...loved...

I can't believe it... for those of you that don't know it, I for years could not understand the likings of any Dooney and Bourke purse. Ugly styles all around....That is...until I came across this 2008 release of Dooney and Bourke's "Hayden" purse....my god there is hope for this brand yet.

Bravo...finally something worth admiring in their display case..

I Love Fall

This is the time of the year I love the most. The stores in the malls fill their racks with patents and wool coats, browns, reds, purple and auburn colored accessories. It's the cold mornings and the faint touch of the warming sun at noon that I miss, the breeze in the afternoons are cooler and longer lasting as the tree branches sway in such a beautiful dance. This is when fashion designers have me like play doe in their hands. My fetish for boots is like unraveling a Christmas gift, I have so much anticipation for the next designer to wow me. It's like walking on the red carpet as I slide my foot into all the pretty fabulous boots out there as my wandering eye is observing the room, looking for just that....the duchesses boot. :)

I want these bad bitches by Vince Camuto Fall 2008 release. I love the color and buckle and the fact there is ground traction under the shoe.

I noticed also that Siren by Mark Nasson has still yet to reach sale status, they came out last fall. I'm waiting....

Oh ....the fall season makes me so nervous. If you can imagine me walking inside of Nordstroms with a credit card in one shaky hand. Looking all over like I just walked into Willy Wanka's chocolate factory. No I'm not out shopping and buying up all the shoes I can find in Nordstroms but I am admiring with drool and no credit card. ;)

I love the riding boot, especially this one by Moschino but I'm not big on flat shoes. If I was 5'6 or taller instead of 5'4 I may have a different opinion about it.
