William Rast Military Peacoat - clever...idea

There's one style I've always admired since my high school days and that's the military look. I love combat boots and the coats that some of the higher rank men wore. Here's one coat by William Rast that I'd love to get my hands on.

Gweyn Stefani's line, L.A.M.B, is one of my favorites to peel into the fall season as she comes out with this Old century style boot updated to the modern day in age style heel. Love it.

I Love Fall

This is the time of the year I love the most. The stores in the malls fill their racks with patents and wool coats, browns, reds, purple and auburn colored accessories. It's the cold mornings and the faint touch of the warming sun at noon that I miss, the breeze in the afternoons are cooler and longer lasting as the tree branches sway in such a beautiful dance. This is when fashion designers have me like play doe in their hands. My fetish for boots is like unraveling a Christmas gift, I have so much anticipation for the next designer to wow me. It's like walking on the red carpet as I slide my foot into all the pretty fabulous boots out there as my wandering eye is observing the room, looking for just that....the duchesses boot. :)

Bravo on the Vince Camuto Fall Boot

I want these bad bitches by Vince Camuto Fall 2008 release. I love the color and buckle and the fact there is ground traction under the shoe.

I noticed also that Siren by Mark Nasson has still yet to reach sale status, they came out last fall. I'm waiting....

Coat and Shoe fetish....I do admit it.

This is a gorgeous coat by George Simonton, I love the idea of the sleeves with a flattering flare and snugged at the forearm Freaking clever! No replicas yet.
